> **Cons**: As much as you specify what you are looking for employee wise you always run the risk of getting potential candidates that don't have the experience for what they are applying for or don't have the experience at all. That was one of the reasons why we moved to Indeed for their process of going through candidates for our firm.

> Our firm still has Craiglist as a back up because for the price it's not a bad option to have to see what you might be able to get for potential employees.
