> **Pros**: All employees receive their training through Relesys, which has all the professional tools necessary to carry out a complete training, easy to understand and without being boring.We maintain constant internal communication and all employees are kept up-to-date with the company's internal news and communications from the ease of their cell phones.

> **Cons**: It is a very complete platform in all its services and it has a good support team that has always helped me solve doubts, so I don't dislike anything

> Constant communication makes employees feel how important they are to the company, achieving a more frequent approach with them and having the ease of the application on the cell phone for any remote training that is done.
