> **Pros**: MediOffice is really simple and easy to use, it allows me to manage my consultant's diary and visually, I can see at a glance, what his schedule is like and where the availability is. I particularly like the audio dictation software, this save us a lot of time. I like the tasks, so nothing gets forgotten. The patient portal is really helpful at keeping the patient up to speed with their records, in a secure way. Many aspects of MediOffice can be customised according to your practice needs. I have also found the support team have been very responsive to my questions and any changes requested are made quickly.
