The set-up was easy and the tech support team at VL OMNI were expert in getting the project up and running in a timely fashion. > > **Cons**: There were a few bugs in the beginning, but the VL OMNI team was quick to investigate and solve on the fly. Perhaps the testing could have been more robust before full deployment, but the few orders that were affected were quickly identified and the orders were correctly processed. Furthermore the bugs were fixed and now things are running smoothly. > > Excellent. We had a critical deployment to Shopify that needed to integrate into our old ERP system that there were few solutions for.
