> **Pros**: The software is all encompassing as it does what you would expect like MRP, Purchasing, Sales and Shipping it also is capable of CRM, HR, Quality, Bar Code reading, RMA, Maintenance, Asset Tracking and a Physical Inventory that we have used to reduce it to  single days work.
OmegaCube has a full complimentary support staff to address training, problem solving and in the event of customization there software is flexible enough to accommodate.
Business Intelligence reporting is robust to meet quality requirements such as supplier performance and on-time deliveries. Many ways of tracking by easy set up of personalized categories to build layers for multi-level reporting. Sales numbers can be crunched from the minimal to the most detailed with a few simple clicks. Reason codes and responses to RMA's and returns to vendor, making customer and vendor tracking effective.

> **Cons**: OmegaCube staff is top notch friendly, polite and professional, never have had an issue with any subject presented. The software is dynamic and is constantly improving.

\* The product reduces time of daily mundane tasks
\* Moving to related records is as easy as clicking on a link in the current screen/page
\* The product is customizable
\* Upgrades are done remotely at night or over a weekend
\* Upgrades don't destroy customized changes

> **Cons**: There are always areas for improvement in any product. The real question is what does the vendor do about it and how long does it take. Omegacube listens to your suggestions and when they find that other customers would benefit from the change they incorporate it into the base product and in a timely fashion. Product fixes/patches are done quickly. Most vendors take a fair amount of time before releasing those fixes/patches.
