The ability to carry out Tier meetings using real time data. Reducing the non-value added time of collating and presenting data at meetings. TVs, Apple devices. > > From inital pitch Redzone were very professional and had a good understanding of what we required. They got their model across and how the software works with engaging the workforce at the frontline. The coaching element also help to introduce new concepts to the wider team of lean management, kaiszen and continual improvement. The messaging and action management functions have improved collaboration bewteen teams and departments. When I changed jobs, I went from RZ back to paper at my new job and it was AWFUL. You almost forget how much time is spent following up, filing, manual signatures. Also - having a Coach (\[sensitive content hidden\] \!) is invaluable. When I set up RZ at my last company, I did it without a Coach. When I look back at doing that implementation vs the one we just finished at my current job, I realize how much harder my past implementation was.
