> **Pros**: CareAcademy's course are easy to follow, repetitive, and the modules vary in length and content so the course is engaging until it's over. Quizzes within the courses help caregivers remember the content and many score with 90%-100% passing grades. I like that the caregivers are engaged in home care and not showing training by facility staff. The supervisory models are what our managers aspire to be, and I like that the caregivers are shown the wrong way to do things from time to time which gives them an opportunity to examine their own behaviors.

> **Cons**: The reporting is difficult. I have to export the entire list of people who took classes, then delete and sort to get the information I need. Would love to see a pop-out dashboard with classes completed by caregivers in a certain time period.

> I have had no issues in the 2 years we have been using CareAcademy to onboard our caregivers. They like the training and I believe it is effective for our purposes. I recently took the Annual Caregiving training required by our state and found many useful tidbits myself.

We love the ability to add and change curriculums based on the needs of our training requirements. The video library is great as well\!
