## Reviews

### "Good resource" — 5.0/5

> **Victoria** | *March 15, 2026* | Insurance Software | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: What I like most about Microsoft forms is it stands by the Microsoft office name of always being excellent quality and reliability.
>
> **Cons**: There is not anything I liked least about Microsoft forms. I actually did not have any issues or complaints or concerns.
>
> My overall experience with Microsoft forms was good and I would recommend others to get the product.

### "Great tool for surveys and data collection" — 5.0/5

> **Karen** | *January 20, 2025* | Financial Services Software | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Easy and intuitive to use to create forms, surveys, polls, quizzes, etc. I like that you can send out to employees and the system will automatically record their names.
>
> **Cons**: The reports that are auto-generated are great, however it would be amazing if we could select which type of chart is displayed. I like pie charts for some things, and bar charts for other things. Currently, the only way to do this is to export the data to Excel and create the charts there.
>
> I've used it for a variety of functions including collecting feedback, quizzing, and collecting data to be analysed. It's easy for people to click the link and answer the questions - I've never had anyone tell me that they couldn't figure it out when I've sent them a link.

### "It was the first but has little advantage today" — 3.0/5

> **Sean** | *November 22, 2025* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 4.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The credibility that comes with Microsoft products. There are plenty of existing users and Microsoft is likely the selected enviorments in certain verticals, so it's useful to be familar with
>
> **Cons**: I still don't know why Microsoft Forms is paid when Google Forms and all the others Forms are free. Other than being the first, I don't see a competitive advantage.

-----

### "Time saver\! Saves me hours talking on the phone\!" — 5.0/5

> **Matthew** | *April 25, 2026* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Ability to set up and share a form and read through responses which can be kept or deleted as necessary.
>
> **Cons**: Sometimes it can be a bit clunky to set up your questions and alternatives for the answers but once it’s done, it’s so useful.
>
> Excellent as a way for me to gain information from clients but also communicate key details with them and check their understanding of them. Saves me a lot of time and guarantees they have read and processed information which they’ve had to answer on.

### "Great platform for collecting information" — 4.0/5

> **Ping** | *May 11, 2026* | Oil & Energy | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: It is very easy to navigate, the creation of forms function is easy to set up and provide a direct and convenient way to set up the forms.
>
> **Cons**: It will be easier for users if it provide multiple submissions at the same time. Right now, uses lose their record if they have a pending one and try to submit another form.
>
> It is a popular platform, easy and direct. Pretty simple and help to collect information in a convenient way.
