JMP makes it very easy to build models and calculate summary statistics without any coding. We use it a lot for exploratory analysis and visualization of new incoming data, which can be done in a few clicks. The UI is nice and it doesn't have much of a learning curve. > > **Cons**: At least for the Neural Network function, it seems that you can only run your selected cross-validation method once, which is not helpful as common practice is to run it a large number of times to get an average and distribution of your accuracy rate. If there is a way to run CV multiple times it's not obvious at all. So the output isn't really useful at all. JMP isn't built for machine learning, but for per license we expected more. Documentation also needs improvement.
