Ich kann mir für die nächsten zwei Wochen meinen Sitzplatz im Shared Desk Büro buchen und sehe auch auf einen Blick ob Kolleginnen und Kollegen an dem Tag im Büro sind. Früher war das deutlich umständlicher.

> **Cons**: Ich kann eigentlich nichts negatives sagen. Die einzige Herausforderung die wir aktuell haben, dass es mehrere Shared Desk Büros gibt und es vorkommt das ein Büro tageweise nicht zur Buchung zur Verfügung steht. Das lässt sich aktuell so leider nicht in desk.ly abbilden. Aber laut Support ist diese Funktionalität in Arbeit. Es wird also stetig verbessert\!

> **Cons**: Die Unterscheidung von "Buchen", "Buchungsübersicht, "Wer ist im Büro" und "Wochenübersicht" ist meinem Empfinden nach zu unklar getrennt. Sind zu viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten für zu ähnliche Funktionen und Informationen.&#10;&#10;Warum nicht einfach eine Buchungsübersicht, die 1. die aktuelle Belegung anzeigt und 2. direkt die Möglichkeit zur Selbstbuchung einräumt ("Buchung")? So ist nämlich mein Workflow mit Desk.ly und würde ohne hin- und herspringen funktionieren.&#10;&#10;Die Wochenübersicht wird zumindest hier einem Empfinden nach kaum benutzt und würde ich keinen separaten Button bereitstellen, sondern ebenfalls unter dem Punkt "Buchen" unterbringen, da soweit ich das sehe sowieso nur die eigenen Wochenbuchungen angezeigt werden.

> Allgemein ist es eine schlaue Lösung, die den Arbeitsalltag mit Hybrid Office unterstützt. Gerade Remote-Kolleginnen und Kollegen profitieren von dem Abrufen der Anwesenheiten an den jeweiligen Bürotagen, genauso wie schnell als neue Mitarbeiterin oder Mitarbeiter einen Überblick über sämtliche (bebuchbare) Büroflächen zu bekommen.&#10;Die Bedienung ist intuitiv und selbsterklärend.

> **Cons**: Das Switchen in einen neuen Kalender könnte "flüssiger" gestaltet werden. Aktuell muss man manuell auf den nächsten Monat blättern, was kein Drama ist, aber doch ein Schritt mehr.

> Ich nutze desk.ly sehr ausführlich als Anwender und Admin. Die Nutzung ist sehr einfach und verständlich und bietet alles, was man braucht.
