> **Pros**: The automated communication, via text message, is my favorite\! Gauging an applicants responsiveness through use of this technology saves time while showing a sincere message/intent. Next is the time-efficient messages like birthdays and follow up with new hire, etc. Finally, the ability to send out announcements and surveys is such a time-saver\!

> **Cons**: I feel like we're not getting as many applicants as we would like but I also know that's not singularly a software issue so... that aside, I have no problem\!
