> **Pros**: The excel based look and easy understanable and logcial input layout really help the beginner to get simple feasibility and project development management work done. Powerful fuction helps user generating key decision making indicators in seconds. It also can be used on all sorts of different type of projects and users can custom the inputs to suit different needs and requirement. Estate Master is suitable for both easy simple projects or large complex projects.

> **Cons**: The only part that I think Estate Master can improve is the funding/finance part of the input where limited loan facility are allowed. We have some large project which have over 40-50 stages and in actual world, we will have at least 40 loans to cover the whole project however the software have less than 20 loan facility avaliable to be set up.

> It help us making major decision on large project effeicintly and effectively and this is the main purpose of the Estate Master.

The use of stages is fantastic and is simple to use\!

Our company relies on the use of software such as this, we previously used our own excel model but find that it is limited with regards to its calculations. Estate Master does this for you when you provide it with the information it needs\!

fantastic customer service - A gentleman happily arrange to have a screen viewing "skype" style conversation where he could guide us through the processes.
