> **Pros**: We were able to seamlessly integrate Oxygen into our customer's appointment scheduling needs. We have used other solutions in the past, but Oxygen allowed us to not only implement changes faster, but also provided a far cleaner and more efficient alternative.
> 
> **Cons**: The initial learning curve was a bit steep, but we were quickly able to see what the end result would be, so we dove in head first into understanding how to best use the software and we have been beyond satisfied with the results. If you're having any issues at first, our advice is to stick with it and see it through, the results are absolutely worth it\!
