> **Pros**: The ease of use and setup was great.  Administrators are able to manage the users and we are able to keep better tabs on our employees.  The web interface makes the work for HR staff more efficient.

> **Cons**: It takes a couple of months to properly get setup and configured so that you can just enter in the data later.  The support tickets do not always get responses.  There are times the data fields didn't save what we entered.
> 
> We are better equipped to manage our staff and our morale has risen due to the new processes we have implemented.
