> **Pros**: The order/quote functions are very easy to use. The customer service and training options are above and beyond helpful. I would recommend the training to everyone who uses this system if they haven't taken in. The facilitators were very helpful and opened my eyes to parts of Red Falcon I was not using prior to training.

> **Cons**: For me it would be nice to have a stock check feature in the pending orders area. It is not a con but as a very small company, we do not use the online ordering windows with our customers, so much of that system is not utilized on our end.
