> **Pros**: Ottimo  per tenere controllato gli accessi e il monte ore dei miei collaboratori, avendo 16 dipendenti in più strutture mi crea report precisi ed affidabili velocizzando il rapporto con la consulente del lavoro

> **Cons**: il software è fatto molto bene ma per una persona poco pratica al primo impatto il backoffice non è eccessivamente chiaro. a mio parere creerei dei video tutorial dedicati a chi si approccia la prima volta e/o un minimo di formazione online per chiarire vari dubbi

> inizialmente avevo bisogno di un sistema di controllo perché un dipendente metteva in dubbio le ore che segnavo, durante il lockdown mi e servito per quantificare le ore lavoro effettive (scoprendo che ne facevano molte meno). poi aprendo il secondo locale e a breve il terzo necessitavo di un sistema di controllo per la catena di locali che sto creando cosi da poter gestire tutto da remoto

Facile da utilizzare per gli utenti e per chi gestisce il portale. Dispone di diversi report mensili. Il supporto è sempre disponibile e gentile, addirittura pronto a cogliere necessità per sviluppare il prodotto ulteriormente.

> **Pros**: Il software e l'app sono molto semplici da usare, questa facilità non va a scapito però della personalizzazione praticamente infinita del software, insomma c'è tutto quello che serve ed è semplice e veloce da usare.

> **Cons**: Il verso abilitato obbligatorio ,avrei voluto che fosse un opzione come nella vecchia versione in quanto risultava più semplice e comunque era possibile scegliere se attivarlo o meno ,adesso la funzionalità è obbligatoria.

> Avevamo grossi problemi con il conteggio delle ore sia in riferimento ai lavoratori che ai cantieri ,in quanto abbiamo più squadre che lavorano anche su diversi cantieri nella solita giornata ,con geo-badge e la sua modularità nella configurazione abbiamo risolto il problema del monte ore e della contabilità per cantiere che aggiorniamo in maniera precisa ogni giorno.

Il fatto che non vengano sempre identificati i luoghi precisi della localizzazione
il fatto che l'apertura della app nonostante funzioni in background consumando batteria non sia così pronto
Il fatto che possa essere utilizzato nfc solo su android e non su IOS
il fatto che a volte non riconosca il qr code di cantieri provvisori nonostante sia associato il servizio all'utente e al cliente
