> **Pros**: The vision the company has of being a one stop shop for sharing critical B2B data when it comes to 'doing business' and risk management is what I like most about graphite, I also love the way graphite will suit and flex our business rather than our business flexing and changing to meet alternative solutions out there. Basically graphtie 'enables' business success based on your preferences and way of working.

> **Cons**: When running basic data gathering reports within the tool we get a spreadsheet with absolutely every piece of data we could want, 99.9% of which was not material to the reporting request. We should be able to run a basic report looking for x \& y piece of data without having a massive excel spreadsheet given to us. Note: We choose not to use the reporting modules within graphite (we use our own reporting tools) however basic data searches and results being able to be exported into excel would be nice to have.
