het is daarnaast mogelijk om zelf onderaannemers toe te voegen. 

een ander voordeel is offerte hengels. je kunt gemakkelijk de markt benaderen om na te vragen of ze bekend zijn met een project waaraan gecalculeerd wordt.

> **Cons**: het berichten systeem werkt soms niet heel handig. het zou makkelijk moeten zijn om te zien (of een waarschuwing te krijgen) wanneer er een onderaannemer heeft besloten niet te rekenen aan een project.
