The email tracking was very usefu and gave us better input for our email campaigns. There were alot of integrations as well that allowed us to create better workflows, for example slack.

The menus are very easy to navigate, and I don't have to update anything manually ...iplus it can read and analyze emails from your customers and then let you know if the customer is happy or unhappy and if they are probably about to buy or if they are unhappy about something or other

For me it was such a departure from what I was used to tho that it took me half a day to comprehend the added capabilities of this product..not that I guess that is bad overall, but I felt kind of bewildered for a little bit.. it got better quickly though
