Hey,We are using this software since 3-4 years ago, day by day it is getting updated and Clickpost trying to provide superb experience to users. Its very easy and user Friendly software. We are dealing as a B2c and it help us to provide ontime updates to customers. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is Handling our account and very intelligent guy who understand issues and resolve on prioriy. Pros
The ability to easily create shipment labels for multiple couriers simultaneously and track them in a single place instead of having to track the shipments separately at each courier portal. The tracking urls and tracking page can also be customized to promote our company's brand which is a cool option to have
Cons
Would be nice to view the client order reference number as well in the tracking page instead of just the shipment number which is currently available as it would make the identification of orders easier especially when doing a bulk search
