We are dealing as a B2c and it help us to provide ontime updates to customers. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is Handling our account and very intelligent guy who understand issues and resolve on prioriy. We have integrated our all internal softwares with clickpost and all status getting autochanged and it help us to minimise manual work.

The new panel is a little slow in comparison to the old panel. Triggering reports takes time.

Pros

The ability to easily create shipment labels for multiple couriers simultaneously and track them in a single place instead of having to track the shipments separately at each courier portal. The tracking urls and tracking page can also be customized to promote our company's brand which is a cool option to have

Cons

Would be nice to view the client order reference number as well in the tracking page instead of just the shipment number which is currently available as it would make the identification of orders easier especially when doing a bulk search
