> **Pros**: It was easy to understand. It is intuitive and they clearly were able to anticipate the needs the customer has in order to run a successful auction \!

> **Cons**: I think the tutorials are well done but I found it so much more beneficial since it was my first time, to use their concierge service. It was well worth the modest price.

It was great to work with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] He really knows his product. I have worked with other on-line auctions and they did not hold up in comparison to Better World. I will recommend them to anyone I can now and in the future.

> I wanted to do a fundraiser that was technology driven to reach more donors and make it easy for all to donate and ask others to give on their behalf. The peer-to-peer campaign software was an amazing way to ask for and receive donations. The concierge service was well worth the investment.  With Better World support we raised 2.5x the money we raised last year for our Rock Steady Boxing Program for People with Parkinson's\!

> **Pros**: The interface looks good enough, albeit somewhat dated. The BetterWorld items you can add to auctions are great, and I also like how I can list things we do and allow people to donate toward that specific cause.

> **Cons**: It didn't work. We hinged a lot of our fundraising strategy on our silent auction, but when we got to our event, most people couldn't bid. They instead got a message that they needed to accept terms and conditions, but there was no clear way to do that. We ended up having to do a messy hybrid of online and in-person bids, but this put our online bidders at a severe disadvantage. BetterWorld's ineptitude cost us a lot of money and was easily the worst part of our event. Stay away.
