> **Pros**: Pros: What I Love most about Sage 200 evolution is that is very easy to use and implement. For the past two years I have been using the software for proper classification CHART OF ACCOUNT in Lagos State University Teaching Hospital Ikeja such as Assets, Liability, Revenue, Expenses and this gives me an adequate accountability of the Hospital’s  monthly Income, Expenditure, Cost of sales and other generated reports.

The fact I can use the import and export features in Sage 200 Evolution to export a Sage format data input system to Excel sheet for Vendors net payment, 5% Withholding Deductions, 1% Development Levy, Store issue Stock and saving my Excel file to CSV file format and importing to Sage makes my work easy and very satisfying.

Also the functionality of the Fixed assets module in Sage is a top notch for me. I can easily take in the Hospital’s fixed assets types such as plants \& Equipments, Medical, Motor Vehicles, Land \&Building, Funiture \& Fixtures into the system and calculate the Previous Fixed assets years on sage without any difficulty.

Lastly, I enjoy using the Utilities Feature on sage to quickly correct Date Transaction errors on Sage 200 Evolution.

> **Cons**: Cons: The issue of mapping on Sage intelligence system is something that needs to improve. Most times after running my Sage Intelligence report and saving it on my system, after a while the whole mapping template just disappear and I have to start all over again and this can be stressful.

On 28th of January, 2022 I posted cash payment on sage and when I was done I decided to re-link the system and all of a sudden a message popped up saying “If I would like to continue with the sage back up” not knowing what to do I just clicked on “Continue “ , Then  I decided to run Financial report and I just realized that all what I posted were not on the system anymore. I just had to start reposting again. This was really time consuming for me. And for the fact this was my first time experiencing such a thing on the system for the past 2 years I have been using it was not funny at all. I just hope something can be done about it.

> Overall: As a Financial Management system, Sage 200 Evolution has helped my Department which is Account and the management of the Hospital to keep track of distribution of inventory management, control of Financial situations, Proper detailed information on suppliers and Employer’s income and Expenditure. So I would gladly recommend to anyone who needs a good accountability of their company’s Financial Information.
