It is easy to update our listings, respond to reviews, and provide detailed reports to our leadership teams. &#10;We are in the process of onboarding local pages which will give us greater control of our location pages on our website.

> **Cons**: Scheduling social posts for the future can definitely be easier.  The drop down to pick dates and times could be laid out better.  Having to click on the drop down arrow to hide the window is annoying.  It would be nice to be able to see the date and time you chose in the publishing screen without having to click on the drop down arrow again (prior to clicking schedule).&#10;&#10;Also, the cost is high. &#10;&#10;The inability to cross post across multiple platforms is not ideal.

> **Cons**: Although we receive feedback on the overall visit, we do not receive any specific data about the visit such as time, day etc... So we can see that someone rated us low and were not happy with their visit, but we don't have the ability to research when the visit occurred. We also find it frustrating when we are able to identify when the visit took place and the data we review don't match what we discover on our end. Had a survey  earlier this week that claimed the service was horrible but they left the server a 25% tip? Why would they tip 25% if the service was horrible?
