So we can see that someone rated us low and were not happy with their visit, but we don't have the ability to research when the visit occurred. We also find it frustrating when we are able to identify when the visit took place and the data we review don't match what we discover on our end. Had a survey earlier this week that claimed the service was horrible but they left the server a 25% tip?
