Having used BP to cost plan some property renovations pre sale it has been pretty much spot on with costs.

Simplicity and easy of use. Step based process and current figures for use.
Cons
There isn't anything i don't like. Perhaps IF there were tutorial links IN the process that would help onboarding to use of the application.

2. The level of detail you can give to your client so they have total transparency and confidence in whats been quoted for.
Cons
I genuinely dont have any cons, the Build partner team have always been very swift and helpful in sorting any issues i have had and always compensated me if the issues have been time consuming.
