> **Pros**: I like how easy is it to have everything i need right in front of me. I also like that i can now add a activity in the same space as my note\!

> **Cons**: I dislike the fact that there are no pop-up reminders for activities, and I tend to forget about them if i get busy. I also have had a lot of issue lately with filters not sorting properly and that's kind of frustrating, but in our recent meeting the guys did show us a trick with opening in new tabs and I've resolved my own issue by doing that. However, it would be nice if it filtered correctly.

> Overall, i would recommend supply mover to a friend even if for non-pharmaceutical needs, it seems multifunctional, and they have the absolute best customer service\! Any issues are always resolved as quick as possible.

> **Cons**: I wish that my sales reps could unassign leads and delete leads when necessary.  I do not have time to keep this up to date.  It would only be leads.  I do not like that when assigning leads, you must put pharmacy ea time under type of business when that is all we have in our CRM is pharmacies.
