### "Gmail Studio's service has radically declined, and the program doesn't work\!\!" — 1.0/5

> **Pros**: This product used to be very useful, and I had used it for several years to duplicate email drafts, nothing more.  However, after renewing my subscription again a few months ago, last month it stopped working.  I went in and re-entered my subscription code, and it asked me to approve access to my Gmail so that the program could "read, alter, and/or delete all of email"\!  I didn't choose this option, instead allowing more limited access, but now the program won't show my email drafts anymore, so I've paid for a service that is useless to me.  I've requested help from their 'contact' and help links 3 or 4 times now for several weeks now to no avail, and I am now once again in the position of having to create my duplicate email drafts manually - a VERY time-consuming process that I must do monthly, and the reason I paid for this service.  VERY DISAPPOINTED in the decline of this product's customer service :( \!\!
