> **Pros**: Easy to setup and the vendor is open to customer feedback to find ways to improve and share best-case use scenarios.

> **Cons**: Initial alerts generated a few too many false positives, however once we began adjusting settings and using the human review option the low-risk notifications are no longer present.

> Allows us to take the manual / "techie" responsibilities and make sure we are partnering with the right folks in our organization who can better respond to student needs.
