Very clean and easy to use. Adding customers is done in a snap. Looking up customers can be done in multiple different ways. Taking payments by phone or adding them to Auto pay are also options\! We couldn't run our business without Basestation. > > **Cons**: It is not equipped yet to email customers for information purposes, such as holiday schedule changes. Also, the ease of use in incomparable. We switched to Basestation after a few months with a different software because everything about Basestation is user friendly and easy to navigate.
