> **Pros**: Easy to build recruitments and move candidates through steps. Also, the display for candidates is nice and, mostly, pretty easy to use.

> **Cons**: Formatting in the text boxes is often difficult, and it feels like it gets “stuck” with a certain formatting and then I can’t change it. Especially when pasting in information, even if you click yes to fixing the text.

> I would say overall it is very positive with a few minor frustrations. Closing/filling positions can be difficult (like, the actual action in NeoEd not finding someone) and formatting when making a bulletin is also difficult.

Love to see messaging customization when granting SME review in the eval steps.

> Love it. Makes my roles. Enjoy that new updates are co scantly rolling out to address the concerns of the users.
