The unification of information and automation of processes makes a company to be seen with good eyes by the mechanisms and control bodies, Daruma allows the quality management in any organization to be a stable work since it allows the control and monitoring of processes by each and every one of the business units related to them; more than beneficial for any company is to be seen within the quality standard as a high point or reference to which any serious and legally constituted company will want to emulate.

Pros

After years of experience in the helpdesk area there have been many processes both technical and theoretical that have varied and all according to the experience provided by each and every one of the members of the area, all these good practices have been documented in the management tool Daruma which has served as a pillar to the processes that have been carried out recently in the area, because it encourages teamwork Daruma allows members of the company to analyze such documentation providing the approval and approval of processes which promotes quality in the service provided; The categorization of the information is also important because it is very easy to search by codification, manual or other type of document, this facilitates access to any person in the organization with permissions granted to be able to document the process or topic requested.

Cons

Initially the search for documents was a difficult task since not knowing the code of the document I had to make several filtering or placing keywords to reach the requested document, with time and management of the tool the searches are faster and more accurate; otherwise it is a very useful tool and aimed at quality in all processes of the organization from administrative to operational.

The experience with Daruma has been very natural, highly satisfactory and enriching; since its implementation we have been able to appreciate all the benefits in a notorious way in all the functional business units of our company. Daruma has proven to be efficient in all aspects, facilitating in an agile and precise way the management of our operational tasks.

Pros

It allows us to efficiently and easily manage, improve and optimize the development of our operational tasks in all functional business units of our organization; providing agility and greater monitoring capacity, allowing us to obtain better results and higher operational performance, Daruma promotes and fosters a culture of continuous improvement in the business environment based on and taking into account the compliance standards required by the control agencies.

Cons

So far there is nothing in Daruma that I can dislike, the truth is everything has gone very well since its implementation, Daruma meets all our needs and exceeded our expectations, the truth is a very functional software, comprehensive and great performance.

Muy buena, un software amigable con los usuarios, administradores, va guiando a los usuarios en el proceso, a prueba de error.

Pros

Es un software que lleva al usuario al cumplimiento de la norma. Incluso en las auditorías externas siempre se resalta como una fortaleza porque es una herramienta que realmente facilita la gestión de calidad, automatizando muchas funciones críticas en un sólo paso.

Cons

Que no se puedan replicar documentos para iniciar con una base de un documento ya creado, aplica también para planes, indicadores, etc...

Estimada Lina María, estamos muy agradecidos y valoramos mucho la opinión brindada. Es importante mencionar que en nuestro Software Daruma existen plantillas para la creación de documentos, las cuales permiten mantener una estructura de base. Para las versiones posteriores, sería la versión vigente. En Planes de Acción puede existir réplicas pero sólo para aquellos que no hayan llegado a "cierre no efectivo" y para Indicadores existe la funcionalidad de importar indicadores con archivo csv y/o uso de plantilla de indicadores, para aquellos que son repetitivos. Esperamos que puedan hacer uso de esto, para ello, nuestra área de Gestión del Cliente profundizará las mejoras necesarias que les permitan sacar el mayor provecho de nuestro Software Daruma.

Pros

El modulo de documentos y la opción de linkear documentos con otro. Permite también visualizar documentos obsoletos. La facilidad para llevar documentación sin necesidad de imprimir documentos y el acceso desde cualquier ubicación siempre y cuando se tengan datos

Cons

El modulo de informes es complejo en su utilización. Deberia ser mas amigable

Pros

Garantiza el control de los procesos de calidad en la institución, nos permite realizar la gestión adecuada de los documentos, nos permite mantener al personal actualizado con la información necesaria para el desempeño de su labor, le permite a los usuarios de la institución consultar en todo momento las últimas versiones de los documentos.

Cons

Que algunos procesos son muy manuales al momento de realizarlos en el aplicativo y la visualización de algunos informes que se generan.
