> **Pros**: Cuando empezamos a trabajar con esta aplicación, todo era facilidades para adaptar la aplicación a nuestras necesidades

> **Cons**: Despues de un par de años, el servicio de atención al client ha decaído hasta el punto de ser prácticamente inexistente.

> Al prinicipio muy buen, ahora horrible. No contestan a los tickets de solicitud de ayuda a través del CAU.
