Encrypted file storage is created during file transfer. Cryptshare is operated via a customizable web interface. During use, all Cryptshare activity can be logged and archived. There is a further classification for e-mail protection. A virus scan automatically checks incoming files. Authorizations can be managed with Cryptshare Policy.\n\nCryptshare can be used immediately ad-hoc. It is not necessary to install the software. There are also no user accounts or license costs for external parties. Data can be archived automatically using archiving and DMS interfaces and Cryptshare provides an archiving and document management system for this purpose.
