> **Pros**: I love the onboarding to-do lists. I love that it's fun, aesthetically pleasing and does a great job of building excitement for the new team member and makes them feel welcome before they even step in the door.

> **Cons**: The most annoying thing for us being in Australia is that our standard working days are 7.6 hours (7 hours and 36 minutes). Grove HR only lets you choose Work Schedules that round to the nearest 30 minutes. So the weekly hour total never matches what our employees are actually working.
