> **Pros**: It is user friendly and very advanced software most likely top 5 in Australia. Great AI and integration features with great user interface

> **Cons**: Forms are a complete mess, yet they are one of the most important aspects of this software. Registered providers need to create complex forms to meet audit compliance, and while it’s great that Splose allows for this, there are several major issues that still haven’t been resolved after more than a year:&#10;&#10;Field width limitations – Some fields have restricted widths, and if text exceeds the limit, the rest of the sentence can’t be seen. This makes the fields unusable.&#10;&#10;No ability to create reusable sets – For example, if I want to create a Risk Assessment set consisting of 20 questions, I should be able to add the set and have all questions automatically populate. Currently, this isn’t possible.&#10;&#10;Inability to edit existing data sets – Some existing sets are inconsistent or missing important information. For example, there are differences in areas such as emergency contact and guardian details, DVA information is not complete, or NDIS Support Coordinator and Plan Manager Details are not well documented.&#10;&#10;Embeddable form layout – A simplified step-through layout would be far better than the current “infinite A-frame” integration form, which displays differently on various devices. A step-through design would also make it much easier for clients with disabilities to use and complete.&#10;&#10;Also ability do create sets and modify data and order of custom fields in the library so is easier to locate fields. Same for dashboard&#10;&#10;Beyond forms, there are also significant gaps in practice management features:&#10;&#10;Staff data management – There is no dedicated place to record staff qualifications and certifications. Both workers and administrators need alerts for critical dates, such as when Blue or Yellow Cards are due, when car registration or insurance is expiring, or when a first aid certificate needs renewal. This functionality is a must-have.&#10;&#10;Worker app – Many practices have staff out on the road conducting home visits. A mobile app with the ability to track kilometres, sign in/out, or use geofencing is essential.

> It’s quite good overall, but it’s becoming increasingly difficult to get in touch with staff. They’re not responding to resolve simple form issues, such as field widths and data display within fields. I first raised this very basic error back in mid-2024, and it still hasn’t been fixed.&#10;&#10;If Splose is a skyscraper, they may be reaching new heights with integrations and AI, but unfortunately the basic foundations are full of holes, like Swiss cheese. These unaddressed gaps can seriously limit users in achieving the data flow and functionality we’d like to develop.&#10;&#10;In addition, it’s not possible to store or receive alerts about basic staff data, meaning users need another software solution just to manage essentials like credentials and document expiry dates.&#10;&#10;It’s also becoming too expensive for software that isn’t running 100% flawlessly.
