Others I've examined over the years left huge amounts of hidden risk untouched, unknown, giving a false sense of compliance security while criminals continue using their services and hidden regulatory risk courses through their operations, unknown to the compliance team, CEO, or board. Until the risk bursts out and/or regulator turns up, a 'shock' to all.
