> **Pros**: One thing I really appreciate about the developer is that the software was made to mimic my usual process and as a result has become the core of my daily operations. The ability to have all information in one central location from request to shipment, documentation, invoices, vin decoder, and invoicing, has made it easy to have inventory control and generate administrative reports with the click of a button.
Logisoft is user friendly. The software was customized to fit and accommodate my most complex business operations, but the user interface features are still easily identifiable and amazingly simple to use. You don’t need a week training to start using the software, this software can be used immediately after installation.
 The technical support team has been immensely helpful and always responsive irrespective of the incident type or time of the day. Their ability to listen to our problems and resolve issues in a timely manner has surpassed my expectations. They are always ready to help and resolve any technical issue as soon as possible.
