Unique after-sales processes can be created, including B2B and B2C RMA, facilitating the dynamic triaging of repair, refurbishment, replacement, remanufacturing, and disposition. The feature set also includes fulfillment management, including ordering, kitting, and shipping, especially through RL channels. Additionally, ServiceManager offers integrated inventory management of products, parts, accessories, and other materials.
