The order form is very clear and simple. On products that the customer is required to order more than one it auto populates it in the cart. I like being able to have custom customer roles and being able to hide certain products from a group of roles. Most importantly it keeps my inventory correct. For example each time a product is purchased be it from a retail customer or wholesale customer it deducts from the inventory count. This was the actual reason I switched over from Shopify as I had to purchase an app that didn't always work then my inventory count was off from my actual inventory on hand. > > **Cons**: I would like a broad search for customers. Seldom do I remember their business name or email and the way my business is set up, I need to see if there are other wholesale customers in certain locations. If I could search by city, state or zip code then I would know if I already have someone in that area. I would also like a drag and drop feature for the wholesale registration form. It's always integrated well with other plugins and the Flatsome theme. The trio in the suite work well with the ability to automatically register and sell wholesale products. The wholesale side of our business selling to independent retailers has grown year on year using this software. As all wordpress users know keeping up to date with multiple plugins is always problematic, but I've never had any problems with compatibility. > > **Cons**: Nothing really.
