I'd had no experience with this type of integration and the setup was very straightforward. I'm in the Bookee dashboard on a daily basis and the backend UI is a pleasure to use.

In just a few months they've rolled out a number of new or improved features with many more scheduled. Easily the most personalized, engaged, and effective customer support team I've seen for a SaaS product. Thank you\!

Also, the customer service is outstanding. Whenever I’ve had an issue or a feature request, Bookee has always addressed it in a timely manner.

> **Cons**: The platform is still new, so it doesn’t quite yet have the CRM capabilities of some of the bigger, more expensive booking platforms, but they are making strides.
