> **Pros**: Snapshift est très facile d'utilisation et très instinctif \! Je recommande ce logiciel, pour le gain du temps dans la gestion RH administrative, la construction des planning rapide et la communication rapide aux équipes.

En conclusion : simplicité, rapidité et efficacité \!

> **Cons**: Les quelques points faibles à relever c'est dans la configuration : par exemple notre société est régie sous la modulation, si on veut faire des changements de règles on est obligé de déverrouiller chaque période de paie et par établissement c'est assez long...

Dans le rapport de paie, les codes avec le logiciel de paie ne correspondent pas, il faut rappeler le support pour essayer de creuser et de trouver ce qui ne va pas... c'est dommage car ce logiciel est assez autonome d'utilisation.

> Je suis vraiment très satisfait de l'utilisation de Snapshift ainsi que mes équipes pour le gain de temps chaque mois \! 

Fini les fichiers excels, les mails à répétition pour une modification de planning...

Autre point positif : on peut mettre des notes explicatives à destination des salariés, c'est vraiment top.
