> **Pros**: Easy to use, clear, well organized. All 12 modules required and the PM module is outstanding, Mat. module is state of art and amazing in tracking inventory and reviewing of transaction. The work request and work order generation is excellent. The reporting is very satisfactory.

And no limitation on sites, locations or assets. the Cleaning Module is fantastic and very practical. My maintenance department is managing all its work with this software including stores and purchases.
