This feature would also help help with staff as well where we could communicate for meetings and supervision. A notification feature would be great where the staff had an email or text feature that notified them when an administrator wants it to.

I have utilized Noteable for 8 yrs and I am within my first year of allowing them to handle my billing. The process has been seamless and has saved me a lot of time and effort.

I love the reminders we get on things that are due and being able to keep track of important things. I also love the ability to look at clients who have been discharged and still having access to their records even if they are no longer active with the company.

> **Cons**: Noteable sometimes has difficulties with virtual sessions and sending links to clients. Sometimes it is hard to navigate between documents for clients without noteable wanting you to submit things instead of being able to save them.
