Having used spreadsheets for class placement data over the past 17 years, I have found Class Solver to be invaluable since its introduction to our school last year. Their IT department staff are amazing - nothing is to difficult for them. Their customer response time is incredible. I have asked many many questions over these past 2 years, and each has been answered in a very timely manner and in layman's terms. Any feedback I have provided has been responded to by either a quick email or phone call. It is very easy to customize the program for your schools indivdual needs and wants. For instance we wanted to separate students who had birthdays early in the year and late in the year. Although the program listed the number of males and females in the class, I would have liked to see a total so that I could quickly see which classes were high or low in the number of students. > > My overall experience with Class Solver was fantastic\!
