> **Pros**: Their customer service is top-notch and they take community feedback with serious consideration. The app is constantly improving and the speeds are more than acceptable for my needs.

> **Cons**: The odd bugs appear here and there and the mobile app sometimes doesn't sync correctly which requires a force stop but otherwise resumes normal function.
