I know the iSpring application can house things in the Cloud, but I am the sole user of the application. Also, I wish I had saved all iSpring folders in one central location. Now they populate all over my desktop and cannot be moved if you would like to change anything. I also struggle not using my computer at all when rendering a video. Because it works right inside PowerPoint, I can get SMEs and faculty up and running in minutes. Recently, one of the professors sent me five pages of unstructured notes the night before a deadline. I used iSpring’s AI to generate a clean outline, draft the first slide deck, and create a few scenario examples. What normally takes 3–4 hours took under one hour. The scenario builder is also fantastic. I use it to create realistic advising conversations, student support role-plays, and customer service scenarios without needing any support from the tech team.
