> **Pros**: The integration with other software that I used at work is quite impressive. OrderGroove saves time a lot of time and it makes recurring billing/subscription services run smoothly.

> **Cons**: When there is a payment issue, more specifically when the customer's credit card information needs to be updated (excluding Credit Card expiration), there are no alerts sent to the customers prompting them to make these changes. Customers would then reach out to us upset about not receiving the services that they signed up for.

> It's useful, saves time, and user friendly.
