There is a lack of follow through with tickets, poas on file get lost and the onus is on the employer to get it, and lastly there is no tracking of tickets with a unique identifier for every request sent to the bamboo tax team. Therefore we get new emails every time with no email trail and end up talking to 5 different people on the same ticket submitted. Also only payroll admins can get updates on tax issues when sometimes there is a separate department within finance who does taxes. > > 3/5. Bamboo is very responsive.
