> **Pros**: TPC Online is very user-friendly concerning enrolling team members, assigning coursework and tests, and tracking progress.  Our team members enrolled in TPC online courses can access the application anytime, anywhere, which is very convenient for them.  The course material is direct and to the point, providing all the essential information related to safety, troubleshooting, and mechanical and electrical systems.

> **Cons**: We would like to ability to customize some of the courses to our specific systems and applications.  We would also find value in TPC working with current clients to define programs across skilled trades for entry-level, mid-level, and advanced individuals.

This software is allowing us to train and document growth in our technicians across the country without needing to be immediately in front of the individual or flying individuals across the country to participate in-house training programs.

> **Cons**: The biggest challenge has been engaging leaders to be able to evaluate the team members and getting them into the right courses. This has been the biggest plague with the program. Evaluation and course selection. Maybe something Artificial Intelligence will be able to help TPC customize how evaluations and course selection is performed.
