> **Pros**: The Magento module easily plugged in our Magento Open-Source and was also very scalable as we moved up to the Magento Commerce version once our business took off.

> **Cons**: Overall, since customized, not much to complain about, but some of the features may have been readily available instead of customized. But of course, the con for me would have been a higher annual license cost.

> We were easily able to roll out our direct selling model as part of our employer voluntary benefit program. lt really gave us the edge when competing against the other payroll deduction eCommerce companies we compete with. It allowed us to offer an alternative method to pay to a new user base but also gave them the chance to earn rewards and cash.
