The KPI's are displayed so we can immediately ROI and see what to adjust and where

> **Pros**: I primarily use Jepto for Google Business Profile data collection (sending to Big Query) and now I also use it to monitor for profile changes. They have recently added more GBP monitoring tools that I'm really excited about. I've just started diving into them, but they are very economical in comparison with other GBP monitoring tools.

> **Cons**: I don't feel that the setup is very intuitive. Although I will say, I was able to find everything I needed in their documentation. I just remember it being confusing at first. That being said, once it's setup, there's little you have to do, as it just keeps working.

> Overall I'm pleased with Jepto and plan to continue using it. I believe there are powerful tools available here, and I know I'm only using a small fraction of them. For me, the tools associated with Google Business Profile have proved very helpful as I manager several profiles for clients.
